Refund policy

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Customers of the Botalife-bg.com online shop have the right to withdraw from ordered products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

IMPORTANT: In this case the products must not have been used, must not have been opened (for food supplements, food products and cosmetics), must not have damaged integrity or packaging, and must retain their commercial appearance, with all labels, stickers and documents that accompanied them.

Under Art. 57, items 4 and 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which, by their nature, have a short shelf life, or to the supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should notify us by email at office@botalife-bg.com or by phone on +359 888 813 511.

Products should be returned to: Botalife Bulgaria Ltd., 11 Akad. Yordan Trifonov St., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria

In this case, the transport costs of the return are BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER!

COMPLAINTS

By law, consumers have the right to file a complaint in the event of:

1. The item received not matching the item ordered;

2. A defect in the goods.

A justified complaint may be resolved by:

1. A price reduction;

2. Replacement of the goods with new ones;

3. A refund of the amount paid.

If the product received does not match the order or a defect is found, the transport costs for returning the goods by the Buyer and for sending the new goods are borne by Botalife-bg.com. In these cases, if the customer does not want a price reduction or a replacement, we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The amount refunded to the customer is only the value of the product (excluding transport costs).

Complaints about mechanical damage that occurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint report drawn up in the presence of the courier.

When you receive the parcel, please check that its contents match your order.

REFUND AFTER A PRODUCT RETURN:

Regardless of how you paid for your order, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of the product being returned.

The amount is refunded after the purchased goods are received back in good commercial condition, unused, in their original packaging and with their original labels.

Responsibilities

The Botalife-bg.com online shop is not liable for delivery delays in the following circumstances:

• when quantities are sold out and a new delivery of the item is awaited. In this case you will be informed promptly and offered alternatives.

• through the fault of the courier company.

All other cases not described above are governed by the provisions of Bulgarian law.
