RESPIRATORY SUPPORT blend for free breathing

Ingredients: Eucalyptus oil /Eucalyptus globulus/, Peppermint oil /Mentha piperita/, Pine needle oil /Pinus sylvestris leaf oil/, Lemon oil /Citrus limon peel oil/, Lavender oil /Lavandula angustifolia/, Frankincense oil /Boswellia serrata/.

Internal use for adults and children over 12:

• 1–2 drops in 1 tsp of black seed oil, taken in the morning after a meal at the first signs of a cold or flu.

It can be taken 3 times a day for 14 consecutive days in acute conditions.

Aromatic use:

• In a diffuser: 3–5 drops

• Massage: 3–4 drops diluted in a carrier oil. Apply to the chest, back and feet.

• Suitable for use in an inhaler.
