FOUR THIEVES BLEND – the Four Thieves oil

Ingredients: Clove oil /Eugenia caryophyllata/, Lemon oil /Citrus limon peel oil/, Cinnamon leaf oil /Cinnamomum zeylanicum/, Eucalyptus oil /Eucalyptus globulus/, Rosemary oil /Rosmarinus officinalis/, Thyme oil /Thymus zygis/.

Internal use for adults and children over 12:

• 1 drop in a glass of warm water or tea with 1 teaspoon of honey

• or 1 drop in a plant oil (MCT, olive oil, etc.)

For colds and flu: 1 drop 3 times a day for up to 10 consecutive days

Aromatic use:

• In a diffuser: 2–3 drops

• Massage: 2 drops mixed with 5 drops of plant oil. Apply to the chest, back or feet.

Caution! Not recommended in cases of individual intolerance or during pregnancy. The oil should not be taken internally by young children.
