It can stimulate brain and nerve activity, the nervous system, secretions from the endocrine and exocrine glands (including the secretion of milk, sebum, sweat, tears, urine and menstrual secretions), the digestive system and the excretory system. This stimulating effect can also help overcome fatigue, dizziness and depression.

9. Helps purify the blood: Wild fennel seed oil has a detoxifying effect and helps purify the blood by clearing blood urea, uric acid and some unwanted hormones, which are the main toxins found in our bloodstream. It can also balance the level of sodium in the blood and help remove other toxic substances that enter the blood from external sources.
