A convenient, compact inhaler you can carry with you at all times.

Especially suitable for respiratory problems, sinusitis, runny nose, headaches, stress, lack of energy and concentration, and seasonal allergies.

How to use:

1. Open the cap.
2. Take the cotton wick out of the glass bottle, or use a pipette to drip the essential oils.
3. Put 2 to 4 drops of essential oil on the cotton wick.
4. Put it back into the inhaler tube, close it and use as needed: inhale deeply for 5 seconds, hold your breath for another 5 seconds and exhale. Repeat several times.
