Ingredients: Clove oil /Eugenia caryophyllata/, Lemon oil /Citrus limon peel oil/, Cinnamon leaf oil /Cinnamomum zeylanicum/, Eucalyptus oil /Eucalyptus globulus/, Rosemary oil /Rosmarinus officinalis/, Thyme oil /Thymus zygis/, Oregano oil /Origanum minutiflorum/.

Internal use for adults and children over 12:

• 1–2 drops in a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey, in the morning after a meal.

Recommended: up to 3 times a day if needed, for up to 14 consecutive days.

For preventive purposes, it can be taken 3 times a week for 3 months.

Aromatic use:

• In a diffuser: 2–3 drops

• Massage: 2 drops mixed with 1 tsp of carrier oil for massaging the chest and back.
