Delivery and payment

DELIVERY:

Delivery to a BOXNOW locker – free until 30.04.2026.

Parcels are delivered by the courier company Speedy.

For orders over €39.99, delivery to a Speedy office is free.

For orders under €39.99 or delivery to a personal address, the delivery price follows Speedy's tariff and is paid by the recipient.

Free delivery applies to parcels within Bulgaria.

ALL PARCELS ARE SENT WITH AN INSPECTION OPTION AND INSURANCE! IF A PARCEL IS DAMAGED, THE CUSTOMER MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE COURIER AND, AFTER FILING THE CLAIM, NOTIFY US SO THAT WE CAN REPLACE THE PRODUCT! PLEASE CHECK THE PARCEL IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER!

The delivery time is up to 3 working days.

Since 01.08.2022, Botalife Bulgaria Ltd. also ships parcels within the countries of the EU.

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit or debit card.

Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS:

1. Accepted card types: Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards

2. Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programmes.

3. For security reasons, the maximum amount for a card payment is €1,000.00.

4. We do not store data about bank cards used for payment through the website.

5. If an amount paid by bank card needs to be refunded, it is refunded to the card used for the payment.
