Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies, without which it cannot work, and – with your consent – statistics and marketing cookies. On your first visit we ask what you allow. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Necessary (always on)

- bl_user – remembers that you are signed in to your account (up to 30 days).
- bl_admin – only for our staff in the administration (up to 12 hours).
- bl_consent – remembers your cookie choice (in the browser).
- Cart and Favourites – the products you have chosen; kept only on your device.
- Temporary visit number (sessionStorage) – deleted as soon as you close the tab. We use it to count visits without cookies and without personal data: how many visits, viewed products and orders there are per day.

Statistics (only with consent)

- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) – how the site is used: visits, pages, devices. Up to 2 years.
- Where you came from (bl_attr) – e.g. from an ad, Google or an email; kept for up to 30 days in your browser and saved with the order, so we know which channels work.

Marketing (only with consent)

- Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) – measuring ads on Facebook and Instagram and showing relevant ads. Up to 90 days.
- Google Ads – measuring ads on Google.

When you have given consent and place an order, we send Meta the purchase data (value and products). Your email, phone and name are sent only encrypted (hashed), so Meta cannot read them – it can only recognise that the purchase came from the ad.

External services

On the “Our locations” page, the streets on the map are loaded from OpenStreetMap only when you zoom in. Your browser then sends its IP address to their servers.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You will then need to sign in to your account again, and your cart will be emptied.
